myTools groups its ten tools into Documents, Generators, and Finance. Each one is self-contained: pick a file, choose your options, save the result.
PDF Merge — Combine two or more PDFs into a single file. Add as many PDFs as you need, then reorder the rows with the up/down arrows; files are merged top to bottom, so the order on screen is the order in the finished document.
PDF Split — Pull pages out of a PDF in one of two ways. Extract Range saves a chosen start-to-end page range as a new PDF, useful for lifting a single chapter or form out of a long document. Split Into Pages creates a separate one-page PDF for every page, then saves them all into a folder you pick in a single step.
Watermark — Stamp text across every page of a PDF. Choose any of nine positions on a 3×3 grid, set the font size and opacity, and optionally rotate the text 45° for a classic diagonal stamp. The default is a light, centered “CONFIDENTIAL”, and low opacity keeps the underlying page readable.
Page Numbers — Add page numbers to a PDF. Pick from nine positions, three formats (1, Page 1, or 1 of N), and a starting number — handy when a document continues numbering from another file. Font size and the margin from the page edge are both adjustable.
Convert — Move between PDFs and images in either direction. PDF → Images renders each page as a separate PNG or JPEG at 72, 150, or 300 DPI. Images → PDF takes any number of images, which you can reorder or remove, and combines them into one PDF with a page per image.
Compress PDF — Shrink an oversized PDF by re-rendering its pages at a lower resolution and JPEG quality. Choose Screen (72 DPI), Balanced (150 DPI), or Print (200 DPI); when it finishes you see the before and after file sizes and the percentage saved. Because compression works by re-rendering each page as an image, the output won’t have selectable text.
Compress Images — Resize and recompress photos to cut their file size. Add one or more images, cap the longest edge at 1024, 2048, or 4096 pixels (or keep the original dimensions), and output as PNG or JPEG with an adjustable quality level.
QR Code — Generate a QR code from any text or URL, with a live preview as you type. Telling it what the code is for — sharing online, printing in a document, a label or package, an outdoor surface, or a projector screen — sets an appropriate error-correction level, so codes destined for wear and tear stay scannable when damaged. Export as a 512, 1024, or 2048-pixel PNG.
Password — Generate strong, random passwords in two modes. Characters builds a password of 4–64 characters from the classes you enable (lowercase, uppercase, digits, symbols), optionally excluding ambiguous characters like O/0 and l/1. Words builds a memorable passphrase from common English words, with control over word count, separator, capitalization, and a trailing number. A strength meter rates the current settings from Weak to Very Strong based on entropy, and one tap copies the result.
Loan Calculator — Enter a loan amount, interest rate, and term in years to see the monthly payment, total interest, and total paid. View Amortization Schedule breaks out every payment, showing how much goes to principal, how much to interest, and the remaining balance.
Account — Confirms your iCloud status at a glance, sets the app’s appearance to System, Light, or Dark, and on iPhone and iPad turns on the Face ID / Touch ID lock.
